Care Instructions:
Machine washable in cold water with mild detergent. Place in a wash bag to protect the handles. Hang to dry overnight on a coat hanger. Use a lint roller to remove any fluff from the neoprene between washed.

Faulty Items

Changed your mind? We're happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-price items if:

• You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• The item is unused and in its original condition, with tags attached

Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a trackable postage method.

How to Return an Item

Simply email info@willowbayaustralia.com with your order number and a short note about your return or fault, and we'll take it from there.

Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
