RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Faulty Items

If your item arrives with a fault, please contact us immediately at info@willowbayaustralia.com. We'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? We're happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-price items if:

  • You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
  • The item is unused and in its original condition, with tags attached

Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a trackable postage method.

Sale Items

All sale items are final — we don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Simply email info@willowbayaustralia.com with your order number and a short note about your return or fault, and we'll take it from there.

Warranty

We offer a 6 month manufacturer warranty on all our bags.

Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
