It's also machine washable, water resistant, and completely vegan. A material that works as hard as you do, without compromising on how it looks.

International shipping available, we love shipping to our international customers and use express postage wherever possible.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives with a fault, please contact us immediately at info@willowbayaustralia.com. We'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? We're happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-price items if:

• You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• The item is unused and in its original condition, with tags attached

Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a trackable postage method.

Sale Items

All sale items are final — we don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Simply email info@willowbayaustralia.com with your order number and a short note about your return or fault, and we'll take it from there.

Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
