Care Instructions:
Machine Washable in cold water using mild detergent. To ensure the rope handles do not get snagged on your washing machine we recommend placing your neoprene tote bag in a wash bag. Gentle stain remover can be sprayed onto any stains prior to washing.
To dry simply hang on a coat hanger overnight.
A lint roller can be used to remove any fluff or debris that may attach to the perforated neoprene bag from any clothing worn.

Care Instructions:

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at info@willowbayaustralia.com as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.
Change of Mind Returns
We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to provide a store credit on full priced items when:
- You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached
