Travel Fit
The Cabin Bag is designed for overhead carry-on travel, while the Boutique Travel Tote is designed to fit under most airline seats. Airline size and weight allowances vary, so we recommend checking your airline's current requirements before travelling.

Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent and allow to air dry. Follow the individual care instructions supplied with each piece.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us at info@willowbayaustralia.com as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Change of Mind Returns

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to provide a store credit on full priced items when:

• You email us at info@willowbayaustralia.com within 14 days of your purchase date
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached

Please note return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable postage method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Sale Items

All sale items are final, we don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Simply email info@willowbayaustralia.com with your order number and a short note about your return or fault, and we'll take it from there.

Please note: we only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any concerns outside our warranty period will not be accepted.
